RawSolutions rebuilt an incomplete online store into a functioning bilingual
sales channel — then continued supporting its technical operations,
shopping experience and evolving commercial needs beyond launch.
02 ــــــــــــــــ
THE STARTING POINT
The project began with an incomplete WordPress/WooCommerce store whose design and structure required substantial work before it could support a complete online shopping experience.
Simply finishing the remaining pages would not address the wider challenge: how customers would discover products, navigate the catalogue and complete purchases — or how the business would manage the store after launch.
RawSolutions chose to rebuild the storefront from the ground up while retaining the existing e-commerce platform. The priority was to establish a clearer shopping experience and a more workable technical foundation, rather than extend an implementation that needed fundamental changes.
The starting decision: Rebuild the experience and its foundations — without changing technology simply for the sake of change.
03 ــــــــــــــــ
REBUILDING THE STORE
RawSolutions redesigned and rebuilt the store from the ground up using WordPress,WooCommerce and Elementor Pro. The team developed the new design direction and page structure, rather than working from a pre-existing design supplied by the client.
The work went beyond visual presentation. It connected how customers would explore the store with the underlying setup needed to support its operation.
Three areas formed the foundation of the rebuild.
04 ــــــــــــــــ
PREPARING FOR COMMERCE
A redesigned store is only one part of an e-commerce launch. To begin selling, the business needed an organised product catalogue, consistent information across two languages and a checkout
process connected to a suitable payment solution.
RawSolutions brought these elements together, preparing more than 500 products for the Turkish
and English versions of the store.
The work covered product organisation, image preparation and optimisation, translation of supplied
Turkish descriptions into English, and the setup of essential purchasing functionality.
Three areas were central to preparing the store for launch.
05 ــــــــــــــــ
ONGOING E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS
After launch, RawSolutions continued supporting the store through an ongoing technical
maintenance and development arrangement. The work shifted from preparing the platform for
launch to supporting its day-to-day technical operation and responding to issues and changes as
they arose.
An e-commerce store depends on more than its visible pages. Hosting configurations, plugins,
caching and payment-related functionality can all affect the customer journey.
RawSolutions worked across these connected components, investigating technical issues andcoordinating changes with attention to their potential impact on the shopping experience and purchasing process.
Three areas defined the ongoing work.
06 ــــــــــــــــ
CONTINUOUS OPTIMISATION
Launching the store established the foundation, but its shopping experience and commercial functionality continued to evolve as the business introduced new products, promotions and requirements.
RawSolutions worked on practical improvements that connected customer-facing experiences with the store’s changing commercial needs.
The focus extended beyond visual updates to how products were presented, how customers interacted with the store and how promotional and shipping requirements were implemented
Three areas shaped the ongoing improvements.
07 ــــــــــــــــ
VISIBILITY, MEASUREMENT & ACQUISITION
Supporting the store’s commercial activity extended beyond its shopping experience and technical
operations. The business also needed ways to make its products discoverable, reach potential customers and understand how its digital channels were performing..
RawSolutions worked across search optimisation, content development, conversion tracking,
performance analysis and paid advertising, connecting these activities with the store’s products
and purchasing journey.
Three areas shaped this work.

WHAT THE WORK DEMONSTRATES
This project required more than completing an unfinished online store. It involved making practical
technology decisions, preparing the platform for real transactions and supporting its changing
technical and commercial requirements after launch.
Four aspects of the work reflect RawSolutions’ approach.
